Why Paramount Movie on Vermont PBS in 2014???

This well closing credits to Carolco (print logo) followed by 1995 Paramount Pictures logo (with original TV music) then followed by 2011 American Public Television logo (with 1994 theme) from Iron Eagle II
Plus the 1995 Paramount Pictures logo is after Carolco print logo Why the TV music is on.
